Jesse Shirley's principal product is Calcined Bone Ash, which is available in a range of grades and in a variety of forms, to meet the customer’s requirements.
Continuous capital investment has seen the installation of an advanced automated bone ash plant, consisting of six purpose designed rotary tube calciners, capable of producing over 16,000 tonnes of premium quality Calcined Bone Ash each year. These allow for the most precise control over critical temperature and atmosphere in order to maintain product consistency.
